LaTale main section is added. Sanichi, since it was your idea, can you please provide me a structure for the market forums and populate the LaTale section with information (whatever is out there). If you take information from another source please ensure you cite it properly =]

I'll leave this open until I get the market structure and then it will be considered closed. A guild section and tech issues section was also added.
