I tried blowing it up with Resize Magic, but the quality's already kind of blown due to being saved in jpg format, as well as not being such good quality to start with. I'll try to find the ad so I can get a nice screen in bmp or png and give it another shot.

No matter how clear the image is, if it's still very small, there's no way to make it HQ with a large size. =|
