The way I understand this is we can no longer say "B>(insert cash shop amount)", but we can say "B>(specific cash shop item)." Is that right?

It says if it's against the terms of service of the game, it's not allowed? Yet we can post about what we are buying and selling from Cash Shop.

yes because mods and admins cant be expected to know of every item from every game and know if its cash shop or not.
