Market Policy Change: Cash Shop Trades

The most notable change in our cash shop item trading rules is regarding the type of transaction. You can no longer offer S> Cash Points or B> Cash Points threads. S> Cash Shop Item and B> Cash Shop Item threads are still allowed but it is your responsibility to ensure your trade is in accordance with the game's Terms of Service. MyMMOGames will assume no liability if you fail to check the ToS and your character gets banned.

OGPlanet recently announced that they will be permanently banning for S> Astros advertisements. They're official affiliates of ours so it would be in our best interest not to jeopardize that. We know them, Ntreev, ijji, and others lurk this site regularly and we have seen action taken against people before for things that occurred here.

I don't really like it too much either - the lax cash shop trading was one of the biggest benefits to using our market. But, in an effort to better protect the community and to better protect MMOG, I had to draw a line.

Well, I can understand the reasoning behind this update. Having said that, I think it coincides quite nicely with the new vending limit on TO ._. now theres just no more easy way to B>Cash shop points other than through the party bulletin ._. or whatever method there is in other games.

I have to say it's a good policy in place
although scammers never got around to scamming people on the forums
thanks to the vigilance of community members reporting them to the scammers list ^__^

OGP should really take care of the gold sellers that are now using mic's to spam their ww.w/freeingamemoneyscams before they start banning players for selling astros, but oh well.

I really like this policy as it eliminates any sort of insecurity, even when using a forum like this.

Well the only thing i care about are tradable astro items, fine with me =)

I like and understand this new policy this should help protect the members so people may not like it but i believe the community as a whole will benefit from this.
