I gave them a 2.5 but rounded it down because of mediocre at best customer support. A pure 2 would be Nexon, and my 1 rank is reserved for Gravity.

@___@; I do agree with you for Nexon, but I haven't played a Gravity game nor have I signed up for anything with Gravity... I think, wouldn't know what to do 8D
I give NTreev a 3 for giving me Trickster, a newsletter, and well... can't think of a thing right now.

My opinion of them has not changed.
4 out of 5 when it comes to fast updates. They're good with that.
1 out of 5 when it comes to absolutely anything else besides updates, that includes knowing how to actually MANAGE A GAME properly rather than simply bleed it dry.
I've said it before and i will continue to say it; Ntreev are known for 2 things. Fast updates, and redefining the word 'fail'.
It's unfortunate the latter far outstrips any merit gained by the former.

i voted : "2 - needs more work" because the rate they release game content is decent (2-4 week periods) compared to most MMOs (some games release content once every 3 months >.>) but ntreev are TOO money hungry and they keep throwing 999 USELESS events in our faces at once

My views are kinda on the fence with ntreev. they do keep their games updated and make appearances in their games, but everything else is kinda meh.

Currently the wind is blowing me backwards where I would fall flat on my butt.
that wind happens to be the lack of support PERIOD. It is not only the lack of 1:1 support, it is the fact that they rely on their players instead of their own tech team to tell them how to fix issues. Even if its only a temp. hotfix. On top of that, they tend to cater to the whines of the players who do not support them, rather than the players who have reasons behind their issues and who do not spam the message boards with the same issue over and over again.
I recently posted posted a thread in the GC forums about Ntreevs lack of tech support and heres loki's response with my own personal rebuttal against it:

The problem is that most of the current answers that have been "resolved" by the forum community are false solutions. Most think that if it works for a single computer, than it works for them all, which by far is not the case. About half of the problems and solutions on my guide have been tested by me personally and others. And when I test them, I take the time to recreate the issue to the best of my abilities. And on top of all of that, I do not even have the game installed anymore, Cujo avoids it due to the lack of respect for the users being helped, and others are just tagging along posting the first SUGGESTED fix for an issue that may or may not have absolutly anything to do with it. It is becomming exceedingly hard to create these issues and come up with fixes after each patch. Some 3 weeks ago, the only known working fix for the Boot to PvP issue (according to most of the users who recieve this issue) does not even work anymore. We, as players, have tested everything we can think of to no avail. I have finally found this to be an issue with Season 2 only, but that does not even help me anymore. As an avid Grand Chase player, I, personally, have started to become relentlessly stressed over these tech issues that we have no clue if anything is even being done about them.

I understand that, but a suggestion that everyone knows would better the company AND the users SHOULD have a precedent.

Now, I very well may be wrong, but isn't it true that most users assume that operating systems are backwards compatible? Granted, after doing EXTRA research on Vista from Microsofts website, they announce the backwards compatibility issues.

I understand that you arent "capable of answering [our] technical support questions" but Ntreev does have a tech staff. Would it be so hard to get updates from the tech support staff as kagei did for the Error 72 issue?
I understand that I may sound like a whiney brat, but this is only for trying to help Ntreev out. It cannot be denied that Ntreev IS losing some potential revinue due to tech issues where a poster posts once, doesnt get a response that works, and quits. Lately I have been seeing this more often that not.

to prove my point abou the tech section, i have just posted my 'i resign from giving tech support' thread in the tech section while swearing at the gm's and circumventing the chat filter quite a few times. I am now seeing if i get banned for it or if it just sits there ( which, of course, it will because they dont even go there)
