Ntreev needs a editing eye when eet comes to balance between myshop and non-shop items.
Never played trickster in awhile because of that reason, plus wearing different clothes would be cool.

Ntreev might as well make their games pay-2-play considering the current status of their games.

nTreev is doing a satisfactory job. True, they need to fix up a lot of things in their games, but I mean compared to how other games are, I'd say nTreev is a smidgen above a few other companies.
Oh, btw, P2P = MUCH less profit. You have no chance to suck people in and stick with it.

While not completely corrupt, they certainly do give off the impression with cash items. However, I'd like to think (or hope) that they want the best for their players. However, they need to learn to give it to us more reasonably, rather than just throwing it out into the open, hoping it'll satisfy us. Look at the early release of Ronan, that was something players wanted. Yet, it came off badly for quite a few other players, and right now is regarded as a bad decision.

I played CB. TO couldve been a great game if they stayed with event items being the most rare and expensive while myshop only being for re-compounding and refining. They killed TO.

(I have no idea if Grand Chase's maintenances and 1:1 supports are being delayed, so this is mainly coming from Trickster.) Considering how my 1:1 from March still isn't answered, they're doing terrible in responding to us. Maintenances also have to be extended almost every single time, it's become the norm to not be too surprised if the end time changes.. <_> Further more, from all the things that's happened on the official forums, it's blatantly obvious they don't give a crap about what we think of them. The people that wrote paragraphs questioning Raven were deleted without a second glance. Do they really care about us? :V They do hold O/X events on a consistent basis; I give them that, but I'd still give Ntreev a score of 2 out of 5. Also (slightly off-topic), where's our Maid Minnie camp sets?!

They're a small money hungry company. Nothing gets fixed as fast as it should, customer service is horrid and border line non existent. I could go on, but that's pretty much a summary.
-voted terrible.

The games alone would be 4, with NTreev's way of running it would be 1-1.5
Seriously, with how much money you're going to spend, if you are a spender that is, they won't even give you 1:1 support you deserve. One thing is that they destroy games. Imagine if NTreev replaces Gravity for Ragnarok. I bet you they'll make every godly item purchasable for $10 and make it impossible to get it in-game. Gacha in a fighting game? Ridiculous. They're worse than the Casino. You can try playing without cash items, but I guarantee you you won't enjoy the game as much as to having cash items. Power is fun, I can tell you that. I've played Trickster for almost 2 years before I quit, and I blindly bought all this MyShop only to realize, in the end, that I'm wasting my money.
Grand Chase takes skill, but from the looks of it, skills won't be enough. They're hungry for money, very hungry. My rating would be 1.5, but since there's no 1.5, I'll round it down to 1.

Even though the Higher-ups of Ntreev needs to realize a few things... there are a few ok qualities in the Game Trickster, though it needs SERIOUS work and re-balancing on Non-myshop and myshoped equipments... On GrandChase, I had only started a little while on it before I stopped, I hadn't gone further on it. Reports and news filtering to the other side, things are starting to heat up, and it could tip to either 'Grand' or 'Fail'....
In short, Ntreev needs SERIOUS work.

I haven't been too on the top of things as I have in the past, so my vote actually is based on my view on nTreev before I got mailed to the Navy.
Which means it's based on before the recruitment of GM_Raven, Aria, and Moshup.
>.>
<.<
A drawback I can agree with people on is definately the customer service department in terms of 1:1 (of course that under 50 employees thing is a factor of that). The good part of nTreev lies in their dedication to the players, even if at first is not made so obvious.
I still mostly believe their plans of MyShop is based on Trickster of Korea's MyShop plans, just with perma items and better prices (for the most part).

I voted needs work.
Because they do. And people above me have stated multiple reasons.
In-game balancing was... a tad off-key on every update.
I believe we can all remember when:
Lion was best
Dragon was best
Raccoon was best
Bunny was best
Sheep was best (ok.. meaby not)
The fact remains.. they gave certain classes skills when they started releasing them and that gave them a edge THEN, it was never balanced.
Also parties don't feel like parties, and this saying sums it up:
"Partying in Trickster isn't partying, it's soloing with the 2.5x multiplyer"
They should have made it more of a group effort, not a skill spam off.
Also, pvp feels like ohko grounds, and if it isn't ohko then it's pot spamming time.
Compounding has also never been the same since... THAT patch >_>
