Green, Red, Gray.

I only see 2 choices for leaving feedback, Approve (assuming Green) and Disapprove (assuming Red)

What does gray mean? Or what does Green mean if it isn't approve?

Gray means the person tried to give you ether a positive or negative, but the user has under 50 Posts.
If the user has under 50 Posts, then any reputation they give is Neutral.

If the user gave you a neutral reputation, and then gets more then 50 Posts, it will still remain neutral.
Neutral = 0 Point

It's just an anti-abuse thing, so new members can't abuse the system.
