Yeah name says it all and yes they suck... Anyhow my laptop says : Up to 252MB mobile intel graphic Media. But it says I have only 128mb in windows. When I checked the bios it said 8mb... I'm confused... Anyone know how I can get up to 252mb?

My computer is the Acer Aspire 5315-2713

When I try to change it it won't change it's like it's locked though under the bios

Normally Acer or any branded notebook comes with pre-customized BIOS for the manufacturer. If there's no such settings to allows you to change the memory shares, then you're unable to do so.

Anyway, did you tried check under Advanced configuration? AFAIK, I don't think Acer would allows user to changes other settings [esp chipset settings] in their BIOS.
