Renaming C:\User

I'd like to rename the Administrative User.

System: Microsoft Windows Vista SP1
Number of Users: 1


Example:

The directory would be C:\StupidName but I would like to rename it to C:\GoodName

If I right-click there is no option to rename. If I double-click the folder I get the windows error sound and cannot rename.

I'm thinking it must be done with CMD but I'm not sure.

So, how can I rename the main user folder?

^ That, but...it will renders some applications unable to use, due to different naming structure.

So, basically, another choice is, to re-create the account by that name[GoodName], and moves the [Stupidname] items to [GoodName] directory.
